These are some links to photographs from Flickr, they are not photographs that I took but I have been to the places in them. Flickr is a great site, my favourite aspect of the site is the ability of users to comment on and add each others photographs. The only problem that I have with the site is the same one raised in the instructions for this weeks exercise. The tags provided are so inconsistent that there are huge quantities of photographs that can easily be missed due to inaccurate tagging. On the Flickr site tags are useful for browsing photographs posted by a single user, while the 'pool' sites are better suited for viewing multiple users’ photographs on a given topic. I also like the feature that allows users to start, join and contribute to groups.
